Having practiced yoga for many years, I have learnt first-hand about the transformative benefits yoga brings; from its strengthening and postural effects, to stress-relief, confidence building and mindfulness. My teaching borrows from my own practice of observing form, movement, breath, and the mind.
I qualified as a Hatha Yoga instructor in 2016, having trained with Laura Gilmore at Bristol School of Yoga and have completed over 500 hours of Teacher Training. More recently I have studied with Doug Keller (Therapeutic Wisdom of Yoga), Tom Myers (Fascia Structure and Function), Petra Coveney (Menopause Yoga) and Laurent Roure (Pranayama, Breathwork and Yoga Nidra).
