Menopause Yoga
Menopause yoga creates an opportunity for gentle movement, combined with quietening poses and meditation. Space is given for feelings to be explored and ideas to be shared. It provides contact and communication with others on their own journey through peri-menopause, menopause and post menopause allowing for an exchange of experiences and holistic responses within a supportive environment.
