Breathwork
Breathing is natural for all of us, but often the way in which we breath does not allow us to feel energised and vital. By becoming more aware of our habitual breathing patterns and by breathing in a more conscious manner we can bring a sense of ease to our bodies; alleviating stress, improving our quality of sleep and lowering our heart rate and blood pressure.
The Breathwork classes involve gentle movement, observation and guidance of various breathing practices.
Classes are held monthly.
