Restorative Yoga
My restorative yoga classes involve poses which are supported by props—blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters—that allow you to completely relax and rest. The practice moves the body into the parasympathetic nervous system where it is able to restore and heal. The poses are held for five minutes or more, include light twists, calming forward folds, and gentle energising openers. All props are provided.
Classes are held monthly.
