Yoga Nidra, also known as Yogic Sleep, is a method that cultivates a deep level of conscious relaxation. It systematically brings your awareness from the external world inwards, towards a calm, quiet body and mind. The practice is taken lying down on mats with support and blankets to keep you warm and comfortable.
